Kültür-Sanat Projelerine 30 Bin Euro'ya Kadar Hibe!

Türkiye'de kültür alanında çalışan bağımsız sivil toplum örgütlerinin, Avrupalı ortakları ile kültürel çalışmalarına 30 bin euroya kadar hibe verilecek.

The European Cultural Foundation - ECF promotes cultural co-operation in Europe. It aims to contribute to an open and democratic Europe, which respects the basic human rights and cultural diversity of its people.
ECF Supports European cultural cooperation and exchange using a grants scheme for stimulating initiatives that promote young people's creativity, exciting collaborative projects, often with a social dimension. There are two separate funding lines.

I.Making collaboration work grants for cultural organisations.

This funding line is about stimulating collaboration between cultural organisations. Projects will be assessed specifically on their collaborative nature and the added value they bring to the practice of cultural cooperation in Europe . Initially projects must be presented in a written format with a maximum of 2 pages. The projects selected will then be invited to write a more extensive project application. Only cultural organisations will be selected. The average grant will be 10 000 to 30 000 EUR. The ECF will only finance 80% of the project's total costs.

II. Artistic project grants for cultural organisations and individual artists.

This funding line supports artistic projects that show vision in illuminating the issues of diversity in Europe. Projects will be assessed specifically on their artistic quality.
Artistic uniqueness and European relevance are the main selection criteria. Candidates will be selected among cultural organisations and individual artists The average grant will be grant will be 30 000 to 60 000 EUR. The ECF will only finance 80% of the project's total costs.

The Artistic project is currently under review.
  • Lead organisations are: Independent cultural organisations (NGOs) from western, central, eastern and south eastern Europe, including Turkey, Ukraine, Moldavia, Belarus and Russia.
  • Partner organisations are: Independent organisations from the South Mediterranean, including Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria and Tunisia. Organisations from these countries will be supported as partners, in projects submitted by a European NGO.
  • All application and project partners organisations are required to create a profile of their organisation on http://www.rhiz.eu the ECF-initiated intercultural internet community for those active in arts and culture.
